The Mockingbird Residence is a full transformation of an outdated Dallas property into an elevated, sculptural home that blends quiet luxury, warm minimalism, and AWT’s signature feminine architectural curves.
Challenges:
The existing layout felt closed-in, dark, and lacking identity. The client wanted a home that felt expressive yet serene modern, editorial, and timeless with an emphasis on flow, texture, and high-impact statements.

We specialize in high-end, wellness-driven design. While every project is customized, we typically work with clients investing $15K and above for residential, and $50K+ for commercial and hospitality spaces. We’ll align on your vision and investment during your consultation.
